To Our Valued Clients:
As we adapt and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, Alden continues to take all the precautions and preventative measures necessary to protect our employees, clients, and vendors while at the same time remaining good corporate citizens to the communities we live in. We are continuously monitoring the evolving situation and will adapt our operations as necessary based on CDC, WHO and local, state, and federal directives. We have offices all across the country and the specific rules governing our operations may differ location by location. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any specific questions regarding the status of our operations at firstname.lastname@example.org. We, like everyone else, are doing our best to remain flexible and available and are here to support you in any way we can.
Starting March 24, 2020, the Governor of Massachusetts has instituted an emergency order closing all nonessential businesses for the next two weeks. After reaching out to local officials it has been determined that, because of the industries and governmental clients we support, our Holden office is considered an “essential business” and can remain open during this time. Given the seriousness of the situation, we are requiring employees who can work from home to do so, and are limiting the number of employees who actually need to be on campus to those working directly on physical modeling and component testing projects. We are confident that we will be able to continue to support our clients as we always have, and we will remain in close communication with you regarding the ongoing situation and any potential impacts it might have on project schedules and deliverables.
Starting March 25, 2020, the Governor of Washington has instituted a similar emergency order. However, the process of determining if we can continue operations as an essential business is more involved and we are taking proactive measures to resolve this.
We want to extend a sincere thank you to our clients for their understanding as we work together through these very uncertain times and would especially like to thank our employees, many of whom now have children at home, for their support, dedication, and professionalism.
Until this emergency is over, stay strong and be safe.

To Our Valued Clients:
In this time of uncertainty with respect to the Coronavirus and precautions we must take, it is our responsibility to keep the best interest of our clients, and employees always at the forefront of our thoughts and concerns. As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation we are taking precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy as best we can.
We are implementing a "work from home" structure for those who can, are replacing in-person meetings with virtual meetings when possible, and suspending all non-essential travel to prevent the spread of the virus to our valued clients and employees. Having fewer people in the office will meaningfully reduce the risk of exposure and spread of the virus within the our offices. We will continue to work with each of our clients to provide excellent service on all of our projects and will remain available by phone and email during our normal operating hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
It is our greatest wish that we all stay safe and healthy in this crisis while maintaining excellent service and work. As we continue to monitor the situation we will inform you as changes occur in our daily operations. Please feel free to contact us as always if you need anything.
