Developing our staff to be industry leaders who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
As Director of the Gas Flow Engineering Department, David provides technical expertise and project management for his staff. He uses his extensive experience in research and product development for applications such as fuel firing, liquid sprays, particulate separation and removal, solids transportation, deposition and entrainment, liquid and gas injection systems, entrained liquid collection and removal, catalytic membranes, automotive aerodynamics, and plasma coating. David is intimately familiar with prototype testing, physical scaled flow modeling, and computational fluid dynamics. He holds a patent in multiple countries for an entrained particulate separation system for pulverized coal.
Areas of Expertise: Prototype design and testing of single and multi-phase systems; computational fluid dynamics simulations; scaled physical model simulations; aerodynamic design; data handling and measurement systems.
