Alden is recognized by the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA)

Alden is recognized by Rudy Simoneaux of the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) for its construction of the Lower Mississippi River physical model. The 90 x 120 ft model is the centerpiece of LCRA’s new  Education Center located in Baton Rouge and will be used to study proposed sediment diversions from the Mississippi River.  The diversions will provide needed sediment for replenishment of marshlands, including Barataria Bay.  Receiving the recognition for Alden is the project manager and Vice President Dr. Dan Gessler.
