In today’s environment of offshored manufacturing and regulatory scrutiny, valve quality assurance has never been more important. From simple Cv and vibration testing to customized endurance and contaminant testing, Alden is your one stop shop for independent valve QA/QC. With Alden’s extensive facilities, flows up to 35,000 gallons per minute (gpm) and pressure up to 2,000 psi can be supplied. Testing hardware is being continually upgraded to enable an ever widening range of flows and pressures.

The world class testing facilities are matched by expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), which can be used to refine valve design when performance needs to be improved, as well as to customize flow loops to condition flow to prototypical field conditions.
Alden employs strict QA/QC standards in all testing activities and has developed an Appendix B program for the nuclear industry. The main campus has over 32 acres of land with more than 120,000 square feet of enclosed space for testing activities.
For non-standard testing, Alden’s experienced and knowledgeable staff will spend the time to design a test program that will meet corporate, customer, and regulatory requirements.
